Cherry Delight Recipe

By the time this week is over, I might have shared every recipe for my Christmas dinner. I have a few more to post.

Growing up, my mom always made Cherry Delight. It was one of our most requested desserts. Since I couldn't make it back home for actual Christmas, I incorporated more of the traditions we followed when I still lived at home.



Cherry Delight

Mix half a box of graham cracker crumbs with a stick of butter Press into the bottom of a pan to make a crust. 
Cream together 12 oz. pkg of cream cheese and 1 c. sugar.  Once smooth, turn off beaters and add 2 small cans of Redi Whip. Fold in until incorporated. Pour over crust.
Pour 2 cans of cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture. If you can find the "more cherries" kind, it's preferred. If not, no biggie, it's still delish.
